• How do I register for a program?
   
  • To Register Online: Go to our secure, LCG On-line registration, which allows you to select your desired class and location, select a payment option and provide contact information. You may submit your online registration form directly through our Web site.
     
  • To Register by Fax or by Mail: You may download a Registration Form and submit it using the location information provided on the form. The program date information can be found on the Program Date tab of our Web site.
     
  • To Register by Phone: Call LCG at 616-954-2722 or toll-free at 1-888-LCG-4-LCG (1-888-524-4524) and ask for Program Registration.
     
     
• How far in advance do I need to register for a program?
   
  • Class size is limited due to the design of the program, which allows for customized, small group interaction and in-depth classroom discussion. LCG will distribute required assessment surveys 2-4 weeks in advance. For this reason, it is advised that you register as far in advance as possible.
     
     
• Are there a limited number of participants from each company per session?
   
  • We recommend no more than three participants from a company enroll in a particular session. The reason for the limited number of participants per company is to insure a variety of experiences, styles, and backgrounds for the group. In addition LCG wants each member to feel comfortable that a level of confidentiality be maintained. • Once I am registered, how do I pay for the program?
   
  • LCG accepts American Express, MasterCard and VISA. If you opt to pay by check, please make it payable to Leadership Capital Group. You may also pay for your enrollment with a purchase order or invoice by contacting us at 616-954-2722 or toll-free at 1-888-LCG-4-LCG (1-888-524-4524) for more information.
     
     
• What is included with the tuition?
   
  • Tuition covers any “Kick-off” session & meal, program materials, books, assessments, feedback, action plan and any food that is provided. Lodging is not included; however LCG will reserve rooms at local hotels and coordinate your accommodations.
     
     
• What is your cancellation policy?

• Our classes have a 100% refundable guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with the program. If you should choose to cancel before the class begins there will be a $100 cancellation fee assessed. If you should cancel or quit after the class begins there will be no refund given, but every effort will be made to reschedule you into a future class.
