LCG Seminars & Workshops

The creation of the LCG Seminar Series was sparked by customer requests. The modules within various LCG programs, including the LCG “Futures” series, had been requested by class participants for their particular companies. We tailored the modules to meet the clients’ business needs and then conducted on-site seminars. Some of the original segments were: Trust, Creating a Vision, Execution, and Emotional Intelligence. We have also hosted public seminars in conjunction with other professional service firms giving insight to specific topics that concern business today, including “The ROI of Leadership ” and “Succeeding at Succession.” The LCG seminar directory is constantly growing!
